Orders over $3000.00 are free, for orders under $3000.00 shipping charges will apply. The fees for shipping on orders under $3000.00 are a percentage of 11% the total cost of the order.

If you are unhappy with your purchase when it is delivered, simply email or call Primo Supplies, LLC to discuss your options...Primo Supplies honors all manufacturing warranties and return policies...Various fees such as restocking and shipping will apply. All merchandise must have a Return Authorization Number that is issued by Primo Supplies and be returned in the original packaging. Please call 404-226-0011 for details on your specific request.
